The way to recovery
Everyone has their own personal story with its own effects and emotional work-through. Every person have their own unique experiences and genetics, and therefore people suffering from mirroring flaws have their own unique ways of expressing the defenses against the traumatic emotions, but the fundamental pattern, or machinery to drive acts and perceptions within the defensive mechanisms, is the same for everyone. It is a very simple and repetitive concept. The finesses and difficulties lies in using the exact right therapeutic techniques to aid the patient to see their own self destructive ways to feel ¨good¨ without activating their defense mechanisms.

The healing of the real self is based on the ability to activate the real self. The real self is unique. like water crystals, or the head of a flower. There does not exist one equal to the other. The path to authenticity is the work through of the separation anxiety and abandonment depression; when the person is made aware of how the defensive character traits work (driven by mental defense models), and starts activating him/herself out of need to be authentic, and further supports his/her true needs, wishes and dreams, - a following depression will surface!!. The crucial point here is to work through the depression and anxiety, not to cut these feelings off with defenses.
