n Team Work, some of the same methods are proven very useful to team optimization, but as this approach is not dealing with mirroring flaws and therapy, it does not enter a profound therapeutic process, but gives techniques to create collective social powerful memories where empathic and supportive interconnection between the members of the team is achieved through practical exercises.

It is the team leader´s responsibility to facilitate a safe zone where mental models can be revealed, and the team can learn to trust, respect and support each other. If defensive mental models are at stake,- expectations, limitations, and competencies within the team, will remain hidden from articulation, or be articulated in attacking, defending or manipulative ways, and innovation will be a vague vision and not

fulfilled. It

is the Team leader´s responsibility to couch the individuals to facilitate a way for the member to accomplish his/her best, as well as confront, mirror or interpret the team as a whole, - define the different roles each member have, and guide the team as an unity, or entity, on its own, that act on real goals and dreams and resist defense mechanisms.

Only when defenses are contained and the need to use them, are resisted, true team-creativity will occur and innovation is

enabled. The
